Wanting to hear from Customer Service support

They haven't done anything yet to help the situation

First of all they raised migrate on all unlimited data to $89.99 a month. About two weeks ago I paid my $89.99 for unlimited data but about 3 or 4 days before that I bought 20 GB of data for $39.99 then they told me they could apply my unlimited data until the next billing cycle which is not until the 4th or the 5th of next month well they added it to my my plan and my plan hasn't ever worked more than 24 hours at period since then. I've talked to him so many times that they won't even answer my my emails to him to help me with the problem they have offered no no solution to the problem they actually told me one time that there was too many people in line waiting for the Wi-Fi for me to get it on my box so I would have to wait until the traffic cleared out before I got my Wi-Fi

You put a beautiful picture of a young man with a head set like he is helping a customer. But when I called the number nobody answered, there was a message that the number don't take calls . What a grate business you are running .

It is difficult to reach Ryoko to cancel and ask for a refund because of a bad signal all the time. I have made multiple attempts when I go to the text part to answer the questions.

There are secondhand individuals who handle it; it will not accept it when I send the reason for asking for a refund. I text it, then send, and it would not send. I tried five times.

It would not send on that website. This is a very bad service all the way around that I've had.

It's worked two times. I've had to call for help three times.

It's a piece of garbage, and they're not helping return it. There's no method to return it. No, I do not recommend it.

It shows it has Wi-Fi, but it will not connect. It says Wi-Fi not connected.

I ordered the device and a 6-month data plan but only received one month of data. Since then, I have had to call to get data for November and December.

Now, I can't get the remaining data; it says I have no service plan even though I paid for 6 months in advance. I wouldn't recommend it as their customer service is poor.

You are kept on hold and they hang up after 10 minutes. You can't get anyone to assist.

STOP...run for your life! Don't buy this product!

I began my misadventure with Ryoko on December 16, 2024. Pay attention to the ordering process... they trap you and will submit the 'order' without your finalizing your purchase. It's a bit sneaky. Then, on the reviews on this site, you will see that Ryoko is making an effort to appear helpful. Again, it's a trap. You submit a response to their reply on Trustpilot, that goes into a void, and you don't hear from them. They are time suckers... wasting your time and attention. My first review on this site was on 1/6/25. I never had a response from them. This letter was my final attempt to communicate with them - dated 3/12/25, 13 days ago. A legitimate company would respond but Ryoko hasn't ever sent me a customer care letter, only marketing or survey requests. They are takers: money... time... attention... life force.

I've been frustrated and have been having a lot of difficulty communicating with this company. It's been nearly impossible to get through on the phone, and I've read from PayPal, Trustpilot, and my credit card company that you have been communicating with me and I haven't responded. I haven't received your communications for support at all, and I've searched through my computer. You seem to have multiple emails and so do I, so it is possible that some glitch is occurring. I'd like to think that you aren't a disreputable company and that my intuition didn't misguide me in dealing with you. I'm hoping, with mutual care and understanding, we can resolve this situation in a way that works out for everyone.

As I stated in my email on 12/18/25 (attached), I was genuinely surprised that the device was sent. I had no purchase confirmation, no thank you for your order, nothing acknowledging my purchase. Now what? The device shows up, I can't reach anybody to return the device, and now somehow along the way it was past the 30 days return period. I don't have money to spare on technology that I don't need. I had questions that went unanswered; I had decided to not buy this device because I was uncertain. I felt like there was no customer care at all. I don't want to blame you, it's just your ordering process has been like nothing I've ever experienced online before, that an order can be processed without my final OK, and to not have my purchase confirmed.

You've asked me for my feedback at a time when I was really frustrated. I wasn't kind to you. This would be my feedback now: your phone system is inadequate, communication isn't clear, your ordering process feels... what's the right word... scammy. There’s no acknowledgement, or gratitude, or respect that I purchased your product. I feel like my trust was violated and I don't appreciate that feeling. And the music on your phone is horrible; it isn't calming at all. If you're going to have people hold for 23 minutes, please don't torture them with the discordant music.

I did manage to get through on the phone a couple of weeks ago, after a 23 minute hold. The woman on the phone really was patient and tried to help me. She did resend me the return process form, but since we had a dispute, I couldn't use it. It did take her two tries to send the documents, though. She told me that somebody tried to call me on 1/21 but when I looked at my phone history I didn't see any missed call. I don't know what to think about this any longer, it's just very unsettling.

I am pretty tech savvy but they straight up suck I had issues with the site to start it kept kicking me off as I tried to pay with PayPal then I waited got a cheap looking device peal off the dumb strips of tape the residue doesn't come off I tried accessing the account no luck chat no response, email auto responded and calls tried several times waited nearly and hour both times no response so finally I said screw it I am filing reviews and going to call PayPal to get myoney back

False advertisement and bad service

This is Ryoko , a internet router. And it states that you can get unlimited high speed Internet from there mobile router anywhere.

Well we bought one and for the first two weeks it was great. Then our Internet slowed way down. So I called them to find out what happened. Well she checked our signal and it was good .

Then she said that we already used 20 GB of data so they had to slow down our Internet speed . I said WTF ? I paid for unlimited high speed Internet service. She said the system does that automatically.

I asked for a supervisor and there's not one available right now. And to call back later. I tried to call back later and the number wouldn't work. I went online and got no help there either.

They also state that you can connect up to 10 devices. Now I can only connect one device and that has trouble with internet connecting and speed. I've tried and tried to contact them through phone and email. No response.

So there advertisement is wrong and they don't live up to there side of the contract. Which they say there's no contracts .

But that's wrong also.My advice , watch what your buying and read the fine print . Also do a little research before purchasing

I placed order for Ryoko router this afternoon 11/23.

I want to canx order before it is shipped. It was not made clear that I would have to buy a data plan and incur a monthly payment.

Cancel internet service

I have been calling to cancel the internet service and can't get any customer support to answer the phone. I am asking for Ryoko to cancel my account and don't make any charges to my credit card as I do not want their services any longer.
